1. Introduction
By making a reservation with RT Algarve Transfers, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions, which govern the provision of our private transportation services.
2. Booking
Booking process: Reservations can be made through our website, telephone or e-mail.
Required Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including dates, times, pick-up and destination locations, number of passengers and luggage.
Confirmation: After booking, a confirmation voucher will be sent by e-mail, which must be presented to the driver at the time of the service.
3. Payments
Payment methods: We accept payments in cash (euros) directly to the driver or by bank transfer in advance.
Advance payment: For return bookings, full payment must be made at the start of the first trip.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations between 24 and 12 hours before the service are subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
No-shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged.
5. Flight delays
We monitor flight schedules to adjust services as necessary. In the event of a delay, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After this time, an additional charge may apply or the service may be canceled without refund.
6. Baggage
Baggage allowance: Each passenger is entitled to one hold bag and one carry-on bag.
Excess Baggage: Additional or bulky items (such as golf clubs or surfboards) must be informed at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
7. Safety and Behavior
Prohibitions: It is forbidden to smoke, consume alcohol or illicit substances in vehicles.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse transportation to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may compromise the safety of the driver or other passengers.
8. Children and safety seats
We can provide child safety seats on request. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of the need for this equipment at the time of booking.
9. Responsibility
Damage and Cleaning: The customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service, including extraordinary cleaning costs.
Personal items: We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transportation.
10. Animals
The transportation of pets is permitted upon prior request and provided they are transported in suitable containers, as stipulated by current legislation.
11. Major Force
We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic or other unforeseen situations.
12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
